Where is my Full of Chic order?

Your order will ship within 7 days. We ship our orders UPS ground and we will send you an email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns?

We do. Please see our Shipping & Returns page .

What if something is damaged or needs repair?

Our line of collectibles is precious and if something needs repair, please let us know. We will do our best. If anything is damaged during shipping – please also let us know. We are here to help.

Where can I inquire about an order I placed on Amazon?

For all orders that you placed on Amazon or with any of our affiliate partners, you must track it where it was purchased.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

All of our products are in limited quantity or one of a kind. In most cases once a style is sold we cannot restock the exact same style.

Are you affiliated with the designers you mention?

Nope. Full of Chic is not affiliated with any of the designer components we might use or designer brands we might mention. We repurpose some beautiful pieces but share no affiliation.
